The MotoVantage Tyre & Rim Cover is an insurance product designed to cover the costs of replacing tyres that are irreparably damaged and repairing or replacing damaged rims. Underwritten by Hollard, this policy protects against accidental damage caused by road hazards like potholes, debris, and sidewalk impact.

Key Coverage and Limits

• Tyre Claims: Maximum of 2 events per 12-month cycle for tyres that cannot be repaired.
• Rim Claims: Covers the repair or replacement of a maximum of 3 rims over the total period of insurance.
• Combined Limit: Total claims are capped at twice per year for both tyres and rims combined.
• Benefit Limits: Coverage levels range from R1,000 to R7,000 per tyre or rim, depending on the selected product option.

Additional Non-Insurance Benefits

Policyholders enjoy several maintenance benefits to help prolong the life of their tyres:

• Puncture Repairs: Up to 4 free repairs per annum.
• Annual Services: One free tyre rotation, wheel balancing, and wheel alignment service per year (available after the first 12 months of cover).
