Toyota Genuine Maintenance Plan

The Toyota Genuine Maintenance Plan is a comprehensive vehicle care solution for South African Toyota owners that covers all scheduled services, including parts, labour, and consumables. Unlike a standard service plan, it also covers maintenance repairs necessitated by normal wear and tear and provides mechanical and electrical cover once the original manufacturer's warranty expires.

• Duration: Valid for up to 72 months from the original date of sale or until the vehicle reaches 200,000 km, whichever occurs first.
• Included Services: Covers engine oil, brake fluid, and other lubricants required during routine servicing as specified in the vehicle's "Book of Life".
• Roadside Assistance: Policyholders have access to Toyota Roadside Assistance for the duration of the plan.
• Mandatory Requirements: The vehicle must be serviced at an authorized Toyota dealer at least every 12 months, regardless of distance covered.
• Exclusions: The plan does not cover tyres, wheel alignment (unless specified in the schedule), bodywork, or high-voltage hybrid batteries.
